Still have questions?

Is this for my business size?

Yes. ProfitPulse is built for solo founders tracking one book, 5-seat teams watching shared triggers, and multi-entity operators running several companies side by side. The Solo tier fits a single owner doing $5k–$500k/mo, Team fits growing operators adding tunable triggers and 1–5 seats, and Scale fits multi-entity operators who need Monte Carlo runway and unlimited seats. You can move tiers up or down at any time.

How is this different from Wave, QuickBooks, or my general ledger?

Wave and QuickBooks are ledgers — they record what already happened. ProfitPulse is the layer on top that watches for anomalies, runway pressure, and margin erosion the moment they show up, and emails you before your books close. We do not replace your ledger; we read from it (or from Plaid / Stripe) and surface the things a ledger does not surface on its own.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no contract. Cancel from inside the app in Settings → Billing, and your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel within 30 days of a charge we refund the unused portion, prorated. Your data stays exportable as CSV for 30 days after cancellation, then is hard-deleted.

Do I need to give read-only access?

Yes — every integration ProfitPulse supports (Plaid, Wave, Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero) is configured with read-only scopes only. We never request permissions that would let us move money, send payments, issue refunds, or modify transactions on your behalf, and you can revoke the grant upstream at any time from your bank or accounting provider's connected apps screen.

What happens after the early-access offer?

Early-access subscribers lock in the current $29 / $79 / $199 monthly rate for 12 months from the date they sign up. After that, standard ramped pricing kicks in based on the tier you are on at renewal — and we email you at least 30 days before any price change so you can decide whether to stay, downgrade, or cancel before the new rate takes effect.
